Humble, energetic, persistent, and confident are the traits that would describe the personality of the minister, the evangelist, life coach, and trainer, Donale Stewart. As a native of Pontiac, Michigan, born July 19, 1974, sharing his world as a twin, and growing up in a conservative and Christian household of seven, Donale has always had a passion for helping others.

 

After hearing the Gospel of Jesus Christ at the age of 13, he was baptized August 16, 1987 by Aaron Howard under the leadership of Leroy Medlock.  Though he started preaching as a teenager under Leroy Medlock, he was ordained October 2, 2005 under Darrell Holt, and was blessed with his first congregation to lead under Elders Paul McClendon, Waymond Guthery, and David Stovall II of Linwood Church of Christ.

 

After discovering his purpose and oratorical skills through his mother, Sylvia Stewart and the Franklin Road Church of Christ Youth Group, he attributes his mentoring path to his entire family, and great men such as Leroy Medlock, Dr. James Thompson, John Brandon, Marv Thorn, Maurice Simmons, Thomas Foster, and Darrell Holt.  He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Prairie View A&M University of Texas, and Master of Science in Human Service from Walden University of Minnesota.

 

In addition to being a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Incorporated, he gained his leadership experience serving as General Manager of a student housing complex, Army R.O.T.C, Campus Minister of the Prairie View Church of Christ in Texas, Singles’ Chairperson and Assistant Minister of the Franklin Road Church of Christ.

 

Donale currently serves as Minister/Evangelist of the Linwood Church of Christ.  In addition to authoring his first bible study workbook “Going on to Perfection” years prior, he has spoken on various lectureships, in seminars and workshops.

 

Being filled with the Holy Spirit, well matured, proactive, and a family oriented Christian, Donale deeply believes that evaluating an organization’s (church) needs, studying and adhering to God’s will, and teaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ is preparation for church growth, whether it be qualitatively, or quantitatively, as Jesus commanded in Matthew twenty-eight, eighteen-twenty.  He strongly believes that God’s word is the only source of direction in this world and the world to come, which why, he predicates his ministry on one philosophy; “Going on to Perfection,” “meet a person where they are, and teach them the Gospel of Jesus Christ with simplicity and understanding.”
